The recirculating air dryer is used for drying cleaned and rinsed objects. The air, heated by electric heating elements, is directed via air guides specifically onto the objects to be dried. This ensures time-saving drying even of parts with high water adhesion. For this purpose, the circulating air is drawn in at the bottom of the bath by a fan and discharged into the drying chamber at the side walls. A small part of the circulating air flow is always exchanged via the open top of the unit. The ability of the circulating air to absorb moisture is thus maintained. The desired drying temperature and operating time are set using the front panel controls. Insulation made of aluminum-coated fiberglass mats guarantees time-saving heating of the drying chamber and efficient operation.
