Eriodictyol 7-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside is a flavanone glycoside that is eriodictyol attached to a beta-D-glucopyranosyl residue at position 7 via a glycosidic linkage. It is an Nrf2 activator and provides protection against cisplatin-induced toxicity. It has a role as a radical scavenger and a plant metabolite. It is a beta-D-glucoside, a trihydroxyflavanone, a monosaccharide derivative and a flavanone glycoside. It is functionally related to an eriodictyol.
