SSTC3 is a secondary carboxamide resulting from the formal condensation of the carboxy group of 4-{methyl[4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]sulfamoyl}benzoic acid with the amino group of 4-(pyridin-2-yl)-1,3-thiazol-2-amine. It is a casein kinase 1alpha activator (Kd = 32 nM) that inhibits WNT signaling (EC50 = 30 nM). It has a role as an antineoplastic agent and a Wnt signalling inhibitor. It is a secondary carboxamide, a member of benzamides, a member of pyridines, a sulfonamide, a member of 1,3-thiazoles and a member of (trifluoromethyl)benzenes.
