The iPump6S-GF peristaltic pump is built for high volume pumping operations in harsh environments. The pump offers ex-protection according to DIIBT4. The drive can be combined with different pump heads for up to 2 channels. The motor can be adjusted in the range of 40 up to 600 RPM. Depending on the pump head and tubing, flow rates of 600-12000 ml/min are possible with this pump. In addition to the pump speed, the running time of the pump can also be adjusted. The setpoints can be adjusted via a membrane keypad, via the RS485 interface or via the analogue interface. The hose line can be filled quickly via a prime button. The current number of revolutions is shown in an easy-to-read LED display. The last set parameters are saved by the pump even when it is switched off.
