Liquiritin is a flavanone glycoside that is liquiritigenin attached to a beta-D-glucopyranosyl residue at position 4' via a glycosidic linkage. It has a role as an anticoronaviral agent, an anti-inflammatory agent and a plant metabolite. It is a beta-D-glucoside, a monohydroxyflavanone, a monosaccharide derivative and a flavanone glycoside. It is functionally related to a liquiritigenin.
