Savolitinib is a member of the class of triazolopyrazines that is 1H-[1,2,3]triazolo[4,5-b]pyrazine substituted by (1S)-1-(imidazo[1,2-a]pyridin-6-yl)ethyl and 1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl groups at positions 1 and 6, respectively. It is a highly selective MET tyrosine kinase inhibitor that is approved in China for advanced NSCLC with MET exon 14 skipping mutations. It has a role as an antineoplastic agent and a c-Met tyrosine kinase inhibitor. It is a member of pyrazoles, an imidazopyridine and a triazolopyrazine.
