Epoxyazadiradione is a limonoid that is azadiradione with an epoxy group across positions 14 and 15. Isolated from Azadirachta indica it exhibits insecticidal activitry against mosquitoes. It has a role as an insecticide, an anti-inflammatory agent and a plant metabolite. It is a member of furans, a pentacyclic triterpenoid, an epoxide, a cyclic terpene ketone, a limonoid and an acetate ester. It is functionally related to an azadiradione.
