Ritlecitinib tosylate is an organosulfonate salt obtained by combining equimolar amounts of ritlecitinib and 4-toluenesulfonic acid. It is a kinase inhibitor, developed by Pfizer for the treatment of severe alopecia areata in adults and adolescents 12 years and older. It has a role as an anti-inflammatory drug, an immunosuppressive agent, an antirheumatic drug, a dermatologic drug and an EC 2.7.10.2 (non-specific protein-tyrosine kinase) inhibitor. It contains a ritlecitinib(1+).
