Ritlecitinib is a pyrrolopyrimidine that is 7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine substituted at position 4 by a [(3R,6S)-6-methyl-1-(prop-2-enoyl)piperidin-3-yl]amino group. It is a dual inhibitor of Janus kinase 3 and the TEC family of tyrosine kinases. It has a role as an anti-inflammatory drug, an immunosuppressive agent, an antirheumatic drug, a dermatologic drug and an EC 2.7.10.2 (non-specific protein-tyrosine kinase) inhibitor. It is a tertiary carboxamide, a member of acrylamides, a pyrrolopyrimidine, a N-acylpiperidine and a secondary amino compound. It is a conjugate base of a ritlecitinib(1+).
